The most accurate and best way is to pop into any local jeweller (or our shop if you are local) to be sized, it's free and only takes a few minutes! 

You can also measure a ring that already fits you well by popping it on a ruler with the widest part of the band (the middle) on the millimetre measuring lines and measuring the diameter across. We'll put a pic below to guide you. Input your diameter measurement here to get your AUS letter size. 

If that's a bit tricky, send us a photo of your ring on the ruler and we'll help you measure!

How do I pick the right ring size?

If you are ordering one of our standard sizes in silver we will most likely have your piece in stock, you will just have to wait for express post. You will receive an email notification with tracking when your jewels are on their way!

If you've ordered in gold or need a custom size we will most probably need to make it especially for you! This can take between 2-4 weeks plus postage time. Hit us up if you're in a hurry though and we'll try and work some magic for you.

When will my order ship? 

Collection is restocked in small batches by our in house team. We try to restock our Core Collection every few weeks. Keep an eye on your listing for your dream piece to come back in stock! 

Can't wait or want to reserve a piece right now? Use Pre-Order, you can pre order any collection piece and we will cast it just for you! Wait time on Pre-Orders is 3-4 weeks.

When are you expecting a restock?

Never fear! We can always help you our to get the perfect fit for your digits. 

Silver collection pieces can be exchanged for a different size free of charge, pop in store or contact us to begin a return

Gold pieces and customs can be resized up or down to a maximum of three sizes, the resize fee is $50 AUD and takes a couple of weeks. Contact us to begin a resize

OOB's and Savage Diamonds include one complimentary resize, up or down to a maximum of three sizes, additional resizes incur a resize fee of $50 AUD. Contact us for additional resizes

My ring doesn't fit what do I do?

Please allow 48 hours for dispatch of in stock products, 2 weeks for OOB resizes, 3-4 weeks for per-ordered collection pieces and 5-6 weeks for name necklaces. You will receive a dispatch notifcation with tracking to your email when your order is on the way!
