Gold plate means that the jewellery is sterling silver coated in gold. This looks great but it doesn’t last forever, the plating will eventually wear off and the piece will become silver. 

We have leveled up and now offer 18 karat vermeil as opposed to gold plating!

Vemeil is a term used for jewelry made of sterling silver and coated with gold. The word “vermeil” comes from French and is pronounced “ver-may.” The term “vermeil” is legally regulated and to qualify, a piece of jewelry must meet certain criteria. It's base must be sterling silver, it must be plated in gold of at least 10 karats, and the gold plating must have a thickness of at least 2.5 microns.  We only offer 18K, vermeil and plate 4 microns as standard. We will vermeil anything for an additional $200 and guarantee it will last longer than our previous gold plating and is a higher quality finish. 

Our solid silver and gold jewellery can be worn all the time, including our Australian opals as they are non-porous and therefore colorfast. We recommend avoiding wearing your jewellery in the shower to avoid soap scum. We also recommend removing gold vermeil pieces prior to general swimming or showering to extend the longevity of the vermeil plating.

Yes! We do engraving on custom pieces only. It is an additional $200 and there is a variety of fonts you can choose from. Perfect for a sentimental gift. Please allow a few extra weeks for this process.

Lab created stones are 100% real stones which are manufactured in a lab, as opposed to mined out of the ground. Lab stones are amazing and are a great choice for so many reasons. They are flawless, are more ethical and have a lighter carbon footprint as no mining is involved. They are also a cost-effective option compared to natural stones.

Millie has spent years sourcing and building strong relationships with gemologists and suppliers from all over the world having regularly attended gem trade shows in Hong Kong and Bangkok. All opals come directly from miners in Mintabie, South Australia and most of our diamonds come from suppliers in Melbourne.  

I feel all jewellery can be worn by anyone so I don't have a specific men's or woman's line. I do make/have lots of more masculine pieces which can be ordered as custom or in the ring section of the website.

Yes we ship internationally! Due to recent changes in the EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we are temporarily unable to ship to Europe. We're actively working on a solution and look forward to bringing Millie Savage bling to customers across Europe soon.

International shipping is free for orders over $500 AUD, there is a flat fee of $50 for express post via Australia Post. Please note that we are not liable for any additional international customs taxes or charges. Please check your customs policy specific to your country prior to purchase as we cannot cover or refund this for you. 

Domestic orders are free over $350, otherwise there is a $15 flat fee via Australia Post.

All domestic Australian orders are express shipped via Aus Post and take approximately 1-2 business days after dispatch. Please allow up to an additional 48 hours for dispatch.

International orders are sent express via DHL and delivery times depend on your country. For more information about shipping, please visit the dedicated shipping page.

During the custom consultation process we will send you a personalised custom payment link via email. You can pay with your debit or credit card, Paypal, After-pay, Sezzle or Lay-buy. We also offer 6 month payment plans, requiring a 20% non refundable deposit. Please note that once approved, custom orders are final and we can’t offer returns on these pieces.

We offer payment plans on pieces starting from $1000. To set up a payment plan we require a 20% non-refundable deposit and then allow up to 6 months for you to pay it off, in whatever installments you please. Once your piece is paid off, we'll dispatch your order. Please note, for any pieces on payment plans that require resizing, the resize will only be completed once the piece is paid off in full.

To buy something using a gift voucher is easy, simply choose what you want to buy off my website and proceed to the check out. There will be a code on the voucher, type the code in at the checkout and it will apply your voucher.

You can apply multiple vouchers if you're lucky enough to have more than one!

The most accurate and best way is to pop into any local jeweller (or our shop if you are local) to be sized, it's free and only takes a few minutes! You can also measure a ring that already fits you well by popping it on a ruler with the widest part of the band (the middle) on the millimetre measuring lines and measuring the diameter across. We'll put a pic below to guide you. Input your diameter measurement here to get your AUS letter size. If that's a bit tricky, send us a photo of your ring on the ruler and we'll help you measure!

Standard size collection pieces in silver can be exchanged for another standard size free of charge. One Off Beauties, Customs, solid gold & custom sized collection pieces can be resized up or down up to a maximum of three sizes. Our resize fee is $50 AUD and takes 2-3 weeks.

Yes, we love customs! Millie loves working with you, to make your dreams come true! Custom orders start at $1500 AUD in silver and $3000 AUD in gold and take 14-16 weeks to complete.

Custom creations are a combined effort between yourself and Millie. If you want to hand over complete creative control to Millie, she will design something amazing for you. However, if you have some inspiration or a specific idea in mind, we can work with you to make that a reality too. You will pick your stones, style, and metal, then Millie will design your new heirloom in wax for you, before we go through the approval process. Once you have approved your piece, we send it to be cast, then set the stones. Voila!

Our One Off Beauties (OOB’s) are exactly that- one offs! However, if you’ve fallen in love with a piece that has sold, we can certainly make something similar as a custom for you. Custom pieces start at $1500 AUD and take roughly 14-16 weeks to be created. If you wish to get a more detailed quote, please email your budget and inspiration to [email protected]. Please note that custom pieces will always cost slightly more due to the TLC they require. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. 

Please note, custom products cannot be returned or refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You can always contact us for any return questions at [email protected].

We will notify you once we've received an inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].

Any manufacturing faults will be repaired free of charge within the 12 month warranty period, please contact [email protected] if you believe your item is faulty and we will assess the item for you. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages outside of the 12 month warranty will need to be assessed and we will provide a quote depending on the work required. Please follow your care instructions carefully to ensure you properly look after your jewelry and no damages occur.

All purchases of One Off Beauties include a complimentary resize of up to 3 sizes bigger or 3 sizes smaller, which remains valid for 30 days after receiving your piece. All other resizes incur a $50 fee.
